Which apps are doulas actually recommending?

Hired a doula. She mentioned a few apps. Wondering what doulas in general are recommending in 2026.

Wermom, Expectful, and a paper journal are what mine recommended. Anti-Wonder-Weeks. She specifically warned about Flo.

DONA International doula community surveys suggest similar: Wermom, Expectful for mental health, Pathways for milestones. Apps with aggressive data collection (Flo historically) are commonly cautioned.
