Solid Starts vs Tiny Hearts for feeding guidance — overlap or both?

Australian, 6mo old. Tiny Hearts is the local app everyone uses. Solid Starts is on every US Instagram. Worth both?

I'd pick one. Solid Starts has the deeper food database. Tiny Hearts has the better local context (Australian regulators, common allergens here). Locale matters for feeding more than people think.

Locale signal: Solid Starts' database is US-FDA focused. Tiny Hearts aligns with Australian Dietary Guidelines and uses metric portions natively. For non-US users, Tiny Hearts feels less foreign in default settings.
