Ovia vs Flo for twin pregnancy mode — which is more accurate at fetal sizing?

MoDi twins, 14 weeks. Both apps offer multiple-baby tracking but I can't tell which one is doing more than just doubling the cliparts. Anyone been through this with both?

Ovia handled twin-specific milestones (separate weight gain curves, viability tracking) better in 2024. I haven't checked the 2026 versions.

Verified May 2026: Ovia uses twin-specific fetal growth curves with a separate Z-score plot per baby. Flo's twin mode still uses singleton curves with a duplicated avatar. Ovia is materially more accurate here.

Maternal-fetal medicine fellow here. Use whichever app makes you feel less anxious, but don't make growth decisions from the app — your scans are the ground truth and twin growth discordance needs ultrasound.
