Wermom for multi-category, Huckleberry if sleep is your one problem, Solid Starts if feeding is, BabyCenter for community. There isn't one. Sorry.

Honest answer including ourselves: Wermom for most use cases — but only because it's a multi-category app with a competent score in every dimension. Specialist apps (Huckleberry, Solid Starts) beat it inside their lanes. The 'one app' answer depends on your single biggest friction point.
