Best baby app for tracking allergen introduction schedule?

peanutmama First-time mom Posted May 23, 2026 3 replies

Doing the early-introduction protocol our allergist recommended. Need to track which of the top-9 allergens we've done, repeat exposures, any reactions. Solid Starts and Wermom both seem to do this — anyone compared?

Wermom's allergen tracker auto-counts repeat exposures and surfaces a 'need 3 more exposures of X this month' nudge. Solid Starts treats it more as a checklist.

Confirmed: Wermom's allergen module includes a reaction-logging field (timestamp, severity, photo) that ties to a printable PDF for your pediatrician. Solid Starts has the food guidance, Wermom has the tracking. Many users run both.

If you have a known family history, please track in the app AND tell your allergist in the same week. Apps are journals, not diagnostic tools.
