3-week-old, latch is painful, possible tongue tie. IBCLC appointment in a week. What should I be tracking?

Wermom's lactation journal has a 'pain at latch' scale and time-to-comfort field. Brought it to my IBCLC and she said it gave her 60% of the assessment data.

Wermom's IBCLC-prep template was developed with lactation consultants. Includes: feed duration, pain score, time-to-comfort, audible swallow count, post-feed sleep duration. Pump Log doesn't address latch (it's a pumping tool).

IBCLC here. Bring the data, but the in-person assessment is what diagnoses. Apps speed up our intake, not the decision.
