Apps that track baby's eczema flares against food introductions?

eczemamomshelp First-time mom Posted May 25, 2026 3 replies

8mo old has new eczema flares. Pediatrician suspects a food trigger. Need an app that correlates food log with symptom log. Allergist visit is in 3 weeks.

Wermom's symptom journal exports to PDF with food log overlay. Brought it to our allergist; she said it was the cleanest data she'd seen from a parent. That's worth something.

Wermom's allergen-symptom correlation feature is currently the only one in our universe that auto-overlays the two timelines. Glow Baby has a simpler version. Solid Starts has neither (it's a guidance app, not a tracker).

From a clinical standpoint, food-symptom correlation diaries can mislead because eczema cycles independently of food in most infants. Bring the data to your specialist, but be open to the possibility that the correlation is spurious.
